Rushmoor Royals Stroke Clinics

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to announce that we will be running a limited number of stroke clinics in May half term (Monday 27th - Friday 31st).

These clinics will:

• Be focused on one stroke or skill (starts/turns)
• Operate in a swimmer to coach ratio of 4:1
• Be solely focused on stroke/skill technique

We will be running two different clinics depending on the squad your swimmer is in:

Junior Clinics

• 60 Minutes Long
• Ran by County Performance Lead Coach Cat Holmes
• £22.50 per clinic
• For swimmers in: Academy Bronze/Silver/Gold, County Development and Junior/Intermediate Club

Age Group Clinics

• 60 / 90 Minutes Long
• Ran by Head Coach Matt Smart
• Include video feedback (you will need to provide a memory stick on the day)
• £28.00 / £37.00 per clinic
• For swimmers in: County Performance/Fast Track, Regional Performance and Youth Competitive.

It is important you book onto the correct clinic for your swimmers squad. If you select the wrong clinic, there is no guarantee we can honour that place on the equivalent other clinic and therefore you will forfeit that position.

Each clinic will operate a waiting list and we will confirm all places after the closing date of the 19/05/2024.

All agreements must be complete under the agreements tab on team unify/GoMotion for your child to attend.

All clinics are first come first serve and open to all Rushmoor Royal members.
